Return & Refund Policy

We aim to make every reading experience special. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward return policy ensures peace of mind.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To qualify, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Email help@tanovelty.com with your order number, details, and photographs (if applicable). Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund approval. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Digital or downloadable products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange defective or incorrect items for the same title (subject to stock availability).

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it ships. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
